Since this helps me specifically, I would say $30+ or more would be my willingness to pay. Not really sure what is the optimal price point but may be best to look at the unity asset store to compare with other tools.
sounds great :) hope you price it that is really worth it for your hard work. this is a great asset, given how unfriendly the process of making rules tiles is in unity.
